Donna and all staff are always nice and knowledgeable of their products. They always have what I need and are great to shop with. I think they are the best Vape shop in the Chattanooga area.

The fact that I am new to this, they have taken the time to talk to me and walk me through finding the best fit product for me. I even got there as they were leaving and closed and she turned the lights back on to make sure I was helped. I will choose no other shops then here. 20/10 stars if I could.

Awesome people, good prices, clean store, knowledgeable and experienced staff. Products are great, wide variety of products and reasonable prices I could stay an hr or more easily. 5⭐ 🤍🌹

Donna absolutely was an angel the other day. I'm currently homeless and I had no way to their shop. And I couldn't walk it by the time I need to, and also be back at the shelter for check in. But I NEEDED this specific vape as the older Nord 4 is what essentially assisted me on quitting smoking. And I needed the Nord 5. She was kind enough to deliver it to me. You can't get any better service than that. Thank you!
